EDIT: Well my first day was alright. Got annoyed after finally finding out what I needed to work on since they decided to kinda brush me away(via, not say what I should be looking for when doing different characatures), but I did a lot of watching and how to work the register(almost messed up a few times but little simple mistakes really). My next day to work there is Thursday and that's when I'm really starting to draw.

I was going to say all this earlier but my net is having some problems. I think with the moving of their location that it started to screw up the signal from the cable company to here. I really hope they fix that problem.

Well I'm off to go to my new job(that's right, if you weren't paying attention I got it)! Sadly I'm going early since my only ride works at Disney and Universal is pretty far from it in a way. I really hope I get in right otherwise it'll suck.

I wish I was working in the morning instead at 6 though since this is going to be a problem in the long run with all of my rides.

But anyways, wish me luck. I think this counts as my training day so that may be why I'm going late instead of early. Anywho, tell you how it goes when I get back!

Well anyways, went to Islands of Adventure today and made myself sick to my stomach(wasn't hungry all day for some odd reason) and got to run around like a happy maniac...

And wasted a lot of money which kinda wasn't what I was planning on doing(I blame the giant Shadow the Hedgehog I saw and wanted for no reason at all).

Ok but that's besides the point, I'll think about posting pics later, however, right now I'm up and thinking(along with hoping) that I get this Job at Universal doing Characatures or portraits. I know I don't submit any of that here but that's because I don't wanna post stuff like that. I just figured if I get the job, it should help me in more in art along with doing with what I wanna do instead of making tea drinks for a living(nothing wrong with it since I get all the free drinks I want).

So wish me luck and hopefully the guy calls so I can get this job. The only downside is that I have to supply my own paper, pencils and whatnot. Without me realizing it, I didn't think when I put, "ASAP" on the application.

Anywho, little update about that. Right now I'm going to bed. x__x;

Anyways, had a lot of stuff happened since the last time I posted a journal. Has a s*** load of homework and projects I had to do, not to mention because of it I barely had any sleep(which I can't wait until my break starts to sleep).

And for stress relief, I went to Megacon 2008 last weekend. Yes, bit behind on my update about it but all and all I had great fun! ^^ Vids and pics are up...well not my vid since my friend has to this long process but my pics are. : D

Anyways, I have to do a certificate for my speech class and some comics for different things, even though I think I should be fully awake. I don't know how much sleep I've lost, or have seem to have lost these last couple of weeks. XP


Still con related, Anyone thinking of going to A-kon in Dallas or Metrocon in Tampa? We need people to help with room stay since A-kon is taking a lot of our well earned money(about a grand to just get there and stay there for my friend and myself from Thursday-Monday).
